Attorney - Lead Practice Area Counsel

Edwards & Edwards, PA’s growing practice is in its seventh year of operation and seeking to add an attorney for its office in the Southpoint area of Jacksonville, Florida. Our practice is unique in that we seek to provide our clients with a comprehensive approach by having a lead attorney for differing areas of law – we currently have attorneys for criminal law, family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate, real estate transactions and landlord/tenant. We are looking for an attorney with a book of business of $150K+, with preferred, but not required, experience of 2+ years, regardless if in litigation or transactional work. Legal Assistant

Responsible for answering calls, setting appointments, managing attorney calendar, interacting with clients, prepare various legal pleadings and documents and other as-needed duties. Must also be able to achieve positive results while dealing in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
